What we are looking

 

Currently we're looking for a Training & Development Business Partner to ensure the GXO University core programmes are effectively deployed across Iberia to deliver effective learning and talent development solutions that meet the regional business objectives. Collaborate with HR and the business to align talent strategies with business goals, fostering a productive and engaged workforce.

 

 

What will you do on a day-to-day

 

 

Your responsabilies will included:

 

  • Lead and coordinate Talent & Learning programmes in Iberia. Promote GXO University initiatives and development solutions. Develop solutions for leadership groups as well as key business priorities. Continues developing and promoting the e-learning experience through the LMS.
  • Collaborate with HR and the business to align talent strategies with business goals, fostering a productive and engaged workforce. Strong communication, strategic thinking and a deep understanding of organisational needs are essential for this tole.
  • Lead and coordinate the Performance and Talent Management processes in Iberia. Provide expert advice to all sites. Develop change management tools to continuously improve the manager and employee experience across Iberia.
  • Develop People Reviews processes and tools, coordinates the deployment across Iberia. Support and coach the HR Teams in Iberia. Provide regional analysis, develop recommendations to the leadership, and recommendations on the organization to action plans. Monitors and manages succession plans and key actions deriving from the People review process.
  • Manage the Iberian Graduate programmes as a talent pipeline and incubator for key business roles.
  • Support Employee Engagement initiatives, promote best practices.
  • In close cooperation with the Talent Acquisition and Communications Teams, develop the Employer Branding and support internal communications
  • Oversee operational and safety training to ensure Operation and Training excellence across Iberia. Consult on start-ups and bring Start-up Training Centre of Excellence into engagement.

 

 

What you need to succeed at GXO:

 

  • Passionate about developing people to deliver business results
  • Experience of mananing and implementing leadershipt/ management development programmes
  • Experience of managing Entry Development Programmes.
  • Excellent facilitation, coaching and incluencing skills
  • Knowledge of media-based learning and LMSs
  • Understanding of talent learning theories and mechanisms
  • Flexible, adaptable and willing to support change
  • Excellence communicator, with the ability to use a eide range of communication methods
  • Strategic thinking
  • Exceptional inter-personal skills, able to develop effective relationship with senior management, peers, colleagues, and external providers
