What we're needing?
We are looking for a WMS Consultant to be responsible for implementation of new projects and functionalities, joining our IT department. You will be defining, designing and QA testing deliverables, understanding user requirements, and delivering high quality, usable and scalable solutions.
What you’ll do on a typical day:
Your main functions will be:
- Manage implementation and delivery of IT solutions for new logistic projects for the full project lifecycle.
- Scope management and functional requirements definition
- Logistics operations functional process definition in coordination with Operations
- Stakeholder management, both GXO internal and final customer’s
- Internal and external development team coordination.
- Continuous improvement with Operations, improvement mindset.
- User Acceptance Test Scenarios & Test Cases definition and execution.
- KPI definition and reports.
- Level 2 operations support and end user training.
What you need to succeed at GXO:
- Experience in IT logistic projects with knowledge in logistics operations.
- WMS knowledge and proved experience (Reflex will be a plus)
- Flexible and open to a constant changing environment
- Team player
- Oracle PL/SQL
- Languages: English (B2/C1).
- Short term travel availability.
- Driving license and own vehicle
