JOB DUTIES:             Serve as project manager for system implementations, upgrades and support. Define business problems and their system solutions, including analyzing alternatives and ROI. Plan schedules, manage budgets, interface with users, develop implementation plan documents, configure systems, train users and provide post- implementation support. Provide customer support management for internal and external clients according to the company’s customer management process. Determine new business opportunities with existing clients and develop proposals for additional services. 15-1211.00: Computer Systems Analysts

 

Less than 25% travel to company warehouses within U.S.

 

REQUIREMENTS:     Bachelor’s Degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or closely related degree and 5 years of post bachelor’s progressive experience as a software engineer, or business applications implementation analyst, or IT business analyst, or business applications support manager or related

 

    Experience must include five (5) Years of post bachelor’s progressive experience in all of the below:

1. Advanced SQL query knowledge

2. WMS configuration as well as root cause analysis for functional and technical problems associated with the Warehouse Management, Order Management and Connection Manager applications

3. Integration mapping using XML, EDI, JSON and Flat File

4. Troubleshooting of integration issues between the Warehouse Management, Order Management, Connection Management, and host ERP systems layers.

5. Creation of complex testing scenarios and test cases for validation of integration between the Warehouse Management, Order Management, Connection Management, and host ERP systems layers.

6. Incident Management, including knowledge of ticketing tools, such as Service Now, Jira Service Desk, and Zendesk.

7. Creation of detailed functional design documents for customizations and modifications of the Warehouse Management, Order Management and Connection Manager applications.

 

SALARY:                    $ 173,992 /year
