GXO is on the hunt for a passionate and experienced Customer Service Team Leader to join our busy Greene King Site at Trafford Park. As a Customer Service Team Leader, you will be integral in leading a team of customer service advisors across the Trafford Park site. This will involve providing assistance to the Customer Service Manager by keeping them, and the customer, updated on overall performance.

 

This role is offered on a full-time, permanent basis, working any 5 days from 7, on a rotating shift pattern of 07:00 – 15:00, 09:00 – 17:00 and 11:00 – 19:00, working one in four Saturdays and Sundays in peak.

We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £27,000.00 per annum, and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays). What you’ll do on a typical day:

 

  • Prepare and plan for team meetings, following up on subsequent actions and putting together team briefs
  • Daily communication with team members and Customer Service Manager
  • Assist in the recruitment of new Customer Service Advisors
  • Respond promptly and thoroughly to incoming emails from both customers and colleagues

 

What you need to succeed at GXO:

 

  • Change Management experience
  • Minimum of 3 years Supervisory/Management experience
  • Experience of using Call & Query Management Systems
  • Excellent customer-service skills
