Here at GXO, we are currently recruiting a full-time, permanent Stock Administrator to join our team in Trafford Park.
This is a full-time, permanent position, working an average of 40 hours, Monday – Friday, covering the hours of 06:00 – 14:00 (flexibility is required).

What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Supporting the stock and inventory functions on site to maintain effective stock control within a multi customer environment
- Supporting the admin function to maintain effective external communications and customer relationships
- Completion of all relating administration
- Liaising extensively with other departments and functions as instructed by Stock Manager, and Team Leaders
- Carrying out stock counts, quality checks of products and checking product codes
- Highlighting stock issues to management
What you need to succeed at GXO:
- Excellent communication, both verbal and written
- An analytical approach, with a keen eye for detail
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and VMS
- Able to work at height due to elevation of racked locations of 12 meters
- Adhere to all GXO Health and Safety Policy
