Here at GXO we are currently looking for a WMS Support Analyst to join our central IT team, based out of Manchester. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining the optimal functioning of our WMS Applications and providing exceptional customer support while, ensuring minimal disruption to our services and adhering to the highest standards.

 

This is a full time, permanent position, predominately working Monday – Friday, 08:00 – 18:00 with flex on hybrid working.

What you’ll do on a typical day:

 

  • Contributing to the advancement of the teams expertise in incident investigation, PRB analysis, incident management, technical troubleshooting and end to end change request
  • Understanding new technical solutions and facilitating smooth transitions for WMS project implementations into Business-As-Usual (BAU) support
  • Analytical and problem solving skills to address intricate challenges and guide the investigation process

 

What you need to succeed at GXO:

 

  • Familiarity with the DLx, WMS and SQL is desired but not required as we will offer training
  • Some knowledge of IT concepts and strong problem-solving skills
  • Previous experience in handling incidents and problem records would be advantageous
