Stock and Systems Team Leader

We are looking for a Stock & Systems Team Leader to join our site in Middlewich, supporting our Jollyes operation. You will oversee stock control processes, lead a team of administrators, and ensure compliance with contractual KPIs and health & safety standards while driving continuous improvement initiatives.

 

This is a full-time, permanent position, working 37.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern (06:00–14:00 and 14:00–22:00).

We’re looking to offer a salary of £30,000 – £34,000 per annum plus associated shift premium. What you’ll do on a typical day:

 

  • Manage stock integrity and ensure compliance with contractual KPIs
  • Coordinate cycle counting and analyse data to identify trends and corrective actions
  • Lead and develop a team of administrators to deliver efficient stock processes
  • Maintain Warehouse Management Systems and ensure customer requirements are met
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support system projects
  • Ensure health & safety compliance and promote a positive team culture

 

What you need to succeed at GXO:

 

  • Proven experience in stock management within a warehouse environment
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Warehouse Management Systems
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving ability
  • Ability to prioritise workloads and meet tight deadlines
  • Financial awareness in relation to stock control
