Stock Manager (12-month FTC)

Here at GXO, we’re looking for a Stock Manager to lead our inventory operations in our Milton Keynes DC. You’ll ensure stock accuracy and integrity, driving KPIs, and collaborating with key stakeholders to deliver seamless supply chain performance.

 

This is a full-time position, being offered on a 12-month FTC. You’ll be working Monday to Friday, covering the hours of 08:00 till 16:00.

What you’ll do on a typical day:

 

  • Oversee and maintain an active SKU base across the contract
  • Lead daily operational meetings and drive continuous improvement
  • Manage and motivate a team of Inventory FLMs, Admins & Stock Controllers
  • Support budgeting and resource planning with the General Manager
  • Collaborate with GXO and customer stakeholders on capacity forecasts

  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Red Prairie systems
