Here at GXO Brinklow, Milton Keynes a fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Warehouse Systems Administrator to join the team, working in partnership with Waitrose. You will be responsible for carrying out the clerical functions of the warehouse and operate the computerised elements of the warehouse operational system to ensure the completion of all tasks in line with standards and scheduled requirements.

 

You’ll be working on a full-time, permanent basis, an ‘any 5 out of 7’ pattern, rotating shift, covering the hours of 06:00-14:00 and 14:00-22:00.

What you’ll do on a typical day:

 

  • Effectively perform all clerical procedures assigned in the defined timescale, using the warehouse computerised system together with other programs designed to facilitate the Warehouse operation
  • To process all departmental incoming and outgoing paperwork
  • To resolve queries from the Warehouse and the customer
  • Responsible for ensuring accurate Data Entry in Excel spreadsheets for the management team

 

What you need to succeed at GXO:

 

  • Ability to work on own initiative and adapt to change with a flexible approach to work
  • Numerate and Computer literate, with knowledge of Microsoft Packages
  • Good organisational and communication skills with a high level of attention to detail
  • Be able to prioritise own workload and work under pressure
