We are looking for a WLM Superuser to join our M&S site in Milton Keynes. You’ll provide the operational management team with the necessary reports and tools to drive operational efficiency in key activities such as picking, putaway, and replenishment. Additionally, you’ll support the SLT group in ensuring streamlined and updated reporting and data recording at the site.
This is a full time, permanent position, where you’ll be working Monday to Friday. The hours of work will be 08:00 – 16:00 or 09:00 – 17:00 and some flexibility is required, this is logistics after all!

What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Maintain the warehouse labour management system to ensure systemic time measurements are reflective of the actual work activity
- Generate management reports to support the operational management team to identify performance issues
- Maintain the WLM warehouse map, review WLM process logs and action any issues with locations, job codes and users
- Support the operational management team and support admin through upskilling on the use of WLM
What you need to succeed at GXO:
- Previous experience in a FMCG warehouse environment, with an understanding of a Warehouse Labour Management system (WLM) – preferably Blue Yonder
- A strong team player with a collaborative and friendly approach when dealing with internal and external stakeholders
- Take ownership of processes, able to influence and deliver results
- Confident communication skills, able to build rapport with a variety of stakeholders
