Warehouse Systems Administrator

Here at GXO Magna Park, Milton Keynes a fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Warehouse Systems Administrator to join the team, working in partnership with Waitrose. You will be responsible for carrying out the clerical functions of the warehouse and operate the computerised elements of the warehouse operational system to ensure the completion of all tasks in line with standards and scheduled requirements.
This role is a full-time, permanent contract, working Nights on an ‘any 5 out of 7’ pattern, covering the hours of 22:00 to 06:00.

What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Carry out daily clerical tasks/assignments directed by a Team Leader or Co-ordinator according to procedures and company standards
- Work across inbound and outbound, processing all departmental incoming and outgoing paperwork
- Receive and process delivery notes, report non-conformance paperwork, and verify proof of delivery documents
- Issue load plans to drivers, email sign-off paperwork, and use TMS systems to support the loading department
What you need to succeed at GXO:
- Customer service and warehouse experience essential
- Ability to work on own initiative and adapt to change with a flexible approach to work
- Numerate and Computer literate, with knowledge of Microsoft Packages
- Good organisational and communication skills with a high level of attention to detail
- Be able to prioritise own workload and work under pressure
