Context & Job Purpose

We are looking for a creative and digitally savvy Employment Brand Analyst to support global employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives. This role focuses on crafting compelling storytelling and delivering engaging content to attract top talent across AMAPAC and European markets.

You will play a key role in executing employer brand campaigns, creating candidate-focused content, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across multiple platforms.

  • Develop and publish employer brand content across social media, blogs, career sites, and email campaigns
  • Create digital, print, and video assets to support talent acquisition initiatives
  • Produce compelling employee stories, culture content, and recruitment marketing copy
  • Support and execute recruitment marketing campaigns across multiple regions
  • Tailor content for different platforms, target audiences, and geographies
  • Manage content calendars, timelines, and campaign deliverables
  • Maintain and organize digital assets and content repositories
  • Collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition, Employment Brand, and Communications teams
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and messaging consistency
  • Manage employer brand presence across social platforms and career sites

 

Experience and Qualification Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, English, or a related field (preferred)
  • 2–4 years of experience in content creation, social media, communications, marketing, or employer branding
  • Hands-on experience managing platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, or YouTube
  • Experience working in global or cross-functional environments is an advantage

 

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills
  • Proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro
  • Good understanding of social media trends, tools, and engagement strategies
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing and recruitment marketing
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills
