Roles & Responsibilities:

• Ticket resolution, integration management and maintaining/ updating CWR profile within Fieldglass
• Action on Tickets resolution for CWR profile update e.g. Termination, extension, revision etc.
• Providing direct solution to the manager/ stakeholder via email
• Running audit reports
• Capturing and resolving CWR Integrations file
• Quality: Drive talent quality through contingent worker fulfillment
• Speed: Implement process efficiencies through standardization, tools and automation
• Cost: Drive supplier performance and optimization
• Compliance: Align processes to GXO requirements

Qualification, Experience & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
• 1 to 3 years of experience in Supply Chain and logistics or related industry
• Strong project and time management skills with ability to multitask and prioritize workload
• HRIS/Fieldglass and time management experience
