Context & Job Purpose

As the Lead Analyst – TMS & EDI, you will be responsible for managing and supporting transportation management processes and carrier integrations within a supply chain environment. You will work closely with business and onshore team to ensure stable system operations, seamless EDI transactions, and timely issue resolution. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Blue Yonder TMS configuration, EDI integration, and production support.

• Manage and support Blue Yonder TMS modules including transportation planning, load building, rating, tendering and financials.
• Configure and enhance TMS functionalities based on business requirements and process improvements.
• Monitor and support EDI transactions (204,990,214,210,997) ensuring seamless carrier connectivity.
• Coordinate with carriers and internal stakeholders for onboarding, testing and production support.
• Perform incident management, root cause analysis, and provide production support.
• Validate transactional data using SQL queries.
• Support system upgrades, patches, and cloud releases ensuring minimal business disruptions.
• Prepare regular status reports and communicate updates to business and IT stakeholders.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to continuous process optimization initiatives.

Experience and Qualification Required

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Information Technology, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 5+ years’ experience in Supply Chain / Transportation domain with strong exposure to Blue Yonder (JDA) TMS.
• Hands-on experience in TMS configuration including planning, rating, tendering and carrier management.
• Strong experience in EDI integrations (ANSI X12 / EDIFACT) including 204, 990, 214, 210, and 997 transactions.
• Strong SQL knowledge for data validation and troubleshooting.
• Experience in production support, incident management, and root cause analysis.
• Exposure to cloud implementations and system upgrades is preferred.
• Strong stakeholder communication and cross-functional coordination skills.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to Blue Yonder TMS Cloud environment.
• Working knowledge of EDI standards (ANSI X12 / EDIFACT) and carrier onboarding processes.
• Basic understanding of API integrations and file-based interfaces (XML /JSON/CSV).
