Job Description:

The Workforce Analytics Senior Analyst will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to identify trends, create reports, and generate actionable insights that enhance operational efficiency and overall business performance.

This role involves collecting, analysing, and transforming data into valuable information to support decision-making.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• • Power BI Service:
    • Develop and maintain dataflows in both development and production environments.
    • Manage and update gateways to ensure seamless automation of data products.
    • Optimize data schemas and flows to enhance reporting performance.
    • Automate and maintain refresh schedules for production dataflows.

• • Power BI Models:
    • Create and maintain semantic models (golden datasets) and develop advanced metrics/measures.
    • Implement and manage Row-Level Security (RLS) and Object-Level Security (OLS).
    • Analyse and standardize existing models across the organization.

• • Power BI Dashboard:
    • Design and develop dashboards using Power BI templates and wireframes.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with report and dashboard performance.
    • Optimize and standardize existing dashboards for consistency.

• • Other:
    • Act as a subject matter expert on Power BI best practices, providing guidance to the team.
    • Deliver Power BI training to team members to ensure consistent practices.
    • Collaborate with data warehouse architects, analysts, and engineers on data integration.
    • Gather, document, and maintain business reporting requirements.
    • Serve as a liaison with the Data Lake team to streamline and implement data integrations.
    • Work with both structured and unstructured data sources to extract insights.

Qualification, Experience & Skills:

• • • Bachelor’s degree in data science, Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
    • 3+ years of experience in reporting and analytics using Power BI (Power Query, DAX, data modelling, and dashboard creation).
    • 3+ years of experience with SQL and database technologies (on-premises and cloud).
    • 3+ years of experience with ETL processes and data modelling.
    • Familiarity with HR domains, including metrics and KPIs, is a plus.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
