Manager, Contingent Workforce Management Office

Context & Job Purpose


We are seeking a strategic and innovative Manager for our Contingent Workforce Management Office to lead the team in India as SME of Fieldglass system, Monitoring contingent workforce data and KPIs to proactively identify and recommend opportunities for improvement and serving as point of escalation for complex contingent worker situations

You will lead a team of analysts and senior analysts, guiding them towards service delivery with Quality, Speed and Compliance.

 

Key responsibilities

Main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Team Leadership & Development
    • Lead, mentor, and grow a team of analysts, senior analysts, and lead analysts.
    • Foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and belonging.

 

  • Ticket Management and Invoicing
    • SNOW – Ticket Resolution
    • Fieldglass Tier 2 (System Update)
    • Payroll/Invoicing – Weekly Processing & Resolution
    • Incentive Approvals & Tracking
    • Scorecard Management

 

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Escalating and resolving potential issues by calling them to the attention of the department head and identifying potential solutions and act as point of escalation for complex contingent worker situations

 

  • Stakeholder Engagement
    • Serve as liaison between staff and senior leaders regarding proposals, project updates, and planning.

 

  • Technology Support
    • Fieldglass product management
    • Releases, enhancements & testing
    • Product education

 

Experience Required

  • 5+ years of experience in managing Fieldglass or similar HRIS systems.
  • 3 years’ experience in a leadership role.
  • People management, networking, and cross-functional connectivity
  • Strategic planning
  • Experience of working in a cross-cultural environment.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with teams across diverse regions.

 

Skills Required

  • Bachelor’s degree (any field)
  • Understanding of contingent labor program and VMS systems
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent planning skills and a team player with a collaborative approach
  • Influence with a positive and professional attitude
