Are you skilled at handling Success factor functions? If so, consider joining GXO Logistics. You’ll be part of team responsible for implementing and handling Success factor releases. You will have an opportunity to work very closely with business to understand their requirements, plan and execute quality validation process.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Work with business teams to gather the requirements and understand the scope
• Conduct meetings with development team. Understand the solution provided.
• Plan functional and technical quality check. Plan, analyse, execution quality process.
• Interact with onsite team on daily basis
• Ensure error free solutions are delivered with superior quality
• Provide guidance to team, oversee their work, ensure all process steps are adhered.

Qualification, Experience & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• More than 5 years but less than 15 years of experience in HRMS systems
• More than 5 years of strong exposure to Success factor testing and automation.
• Strong project and time management skills with ability to multitask and prioritize workload.
• Strong communication skills and presentation skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
