Context & Job Purpose

The Senior Analyst – Data Analytics is responsible for delivering high‑quality analytical solutions, intuitive dashboards, and data‑driven insights that enable strategic decision‑making across the GOSC organization. This role demands exceptional attention to detail—both in data accuracy and in the visual clarity of analytical outputs.

The Senior Analyst is expected to simplify complex datasets into meaningful narratives, design dashboards that prioritize usability and insight, and apply structured problem‑solving to address underlying business needs. The role requires strong technical proficiency, curiosity, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional stakeholders across planning, warehouse operations, and leadership teams.

• Lead on-demand and deep‑dive analyses to transform ambiguous business challenges into actionable analytical solutions.
• Design and deliver intuitive, user‑focused Power BI dashboards that emphasize clarity, simplicity, and purposeful use of visuals and color.
• Develop Power Apps solutions integrating SharePoint lists, automated workflows, and structured UI/UX logic.
• Build, optimize, and validate SQL queries in Oracle and Snowflake environments, ensuring data accuracy, performance, and reliability.
• Maintain, enhance, and troubleshoot existing analytical products while managing recurring reporting cycles.
• Facilitate requirements‑gathering sessions and translate business needs into effective data solutions.
• Produce high‑quality analytical outputs with clear storytelling and actionable insights.
• Collaborate closely with Planning Managers, Warehouse Managers, and cross‑functional teams across the organization.
• Implement automation and workflow improvements to reduce manual effort and increase operational efficiency.
• Contribute to documentation, team knowledge sharing, and onboarding of new team members.

Experience and Qualification Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related technical discipline (preferred).
• Professional certifications in analytics tools or technologies (added advantage).
• 5–8 years of experience in analytics, reporting, or solution development.
• Demonstrated experience in building analytical solutions, dashboards, and managing recurring reporting processes.
• Experience working with distributed, offshore/onshore teams.
• Exposure to supply chain, warehouse operations, or manufacturing is preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities with the ability to deliver concise insights.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Power Query and VBA.
• Strong SQL expertise with hands‑on experience in both Oracle and Snowflake.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with Python and Power BI (preferred).
• Experience developing applications using Microsoft Power Apps (preferred).
