Job Description:

• Automate, standardize, schedule and publish key reports in Human Resource Management Resource (HRMS) tools to help the business with data and insights.
• Maintain the library of scheduled reports, adding/deleting/editing items as necessary.
• Build and analyze audit reports to assure HR data is accurate and up-to-date.
• Continuously research, analyze and improve the existing reports to build process efficiency.
• Provide application support to APAC region employees of GXO through advice, guidance, and appropriate technical activities.
• Monitor, review, document and test all functional elements involving rules and policies to ensure accuracy of employee data.
• Identifying the leakage and manual edits by  troubleshooting and root cause analysis of pertaining issues in HRMS tool.
• Ability to understand Payroll connectivity process to ensure accurate payroll outputs globally and stabilize the process.
• Maintain departmental productivity goals.
• Manage reported incidents and perform functional analysis and guidance / coaching on the technical way to implement it.
• Provide documentation (both technical and functional) on projects handled.
• Manage personal daily priorities and assigned tickets, and ensure that deadlines are met regularly report on status and progress to the HR Manager.
• Maintain internal and external contact and communication channels at appropriate level. Communicate status, resolution, and root cause of assigned issues.
• Understand the Learning Management System (LMS) activities and maintain the training records of employees
• Ability to train the employees, provide KT, monitor the work and manage a team.
• Understand the general flows in HR.
• Participate in projects as assigned.
• Any other responsibilities assigned by the HR Manager.


Qualification, Experience & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Human Resources or related field.
  • It's good to have a Master's degree in Human Resources.
  • 6-7 years of applicable analysis and/or reporting experience in Kronos /Success Factors / ADP, for Human Resources or related field.




Skills Required-

  •  Proficiency in Kronos, ADP,  SuccessFactors, CornerStone, PowerBI.

• Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
