HRIS Project Manager
Overview:
We are seeking an experienced HRIS Project Manager to lead the HR Continental Europe SAP SuccessFactors Rollout, a multi-year program transforming HR processes and systems across multiple European countries. This role will drive the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Onboarding, alongside ServiceNow HRSD and HR Shared Services, creating a modern, scalable HR operating model that enhances employee experience and data quality. As the Project Manager, you will oversee one of the most significant HR transformation initiatives in the region—managing system integration, process optimization, and stakeholder alignment to enable a future-ready HR ecosystem.
Key Responsbilities:
- Program Leadership: Manage the end-to-end rollout of SuccessFactors Employee Central and Onboarding across multiple countries using established Project Management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
- Strategic Planning: Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and risk management strategies for multi-country implementation.
- Collaborate with global product teams, HRIT, and regional stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with strategic business priorities.
- Lead comprehensive stakeholder engagement by planning and facilitating the full cadence of meetings, updates, and workshops to ensure clarity, alignment, and momentum across all program participants.
- Steer User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and End-to-End (E2E) integration testing.
- Report and ensure transparent progress updates, budget tracking, and milestone reporting to senior leadership.
- Communicate effectively with senior leadership (Directors, VPs) and key stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency throughout the lifecycle of the program.
- Risk Management: Maintain and analyze RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) to mitigate barriers and support informed decision-making.
- Localization & Compliance: Ensure system configuration meets country-specific legal and regulatory requirements.
- Manage vendor relationships and external consultants as needed.
- Establish trust and credibility as a strategic partner by fostering collaboration with global and local teams, ensuring alignment and shared ownership of program objectives.
- Change Management: Drive adoption through communication, training, and stakeholder readiness initiatives.
Experience & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources or a related field.
- Project Management Professional (PMP), Agile, or Scrum certification preferred.
- 8+ years of experience leading HRIS implementations (SAP SuccessFactors strongly preferred).
- Proven track record managing complex, cross-functional projects in a matrixed environment.
- Well-versed in project management platforms such as Monday.com, Jira or Smartsheet, with the ability to tailor tools to support effective planning, tracking, and stakeholder communication.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, multinational setting
