Afin de soutenir notre forte croissance et de continuer à développer notre marque, nous recrutons un Senior Manager, Marketing Continental Europe F/H.

Rattaché(e) au VP, Communication, Europe, vous êtes garant (e) du développement et de la mise en œuvre la stratégie marketing de GXO en collaboration avec les équipes de marketing et vente.

Le poste est basé à Neuilly-sur-Seine (92) ou Lyon (69).

 

Vos principales missions consistent à la :

 

  • Gestion quotidienne Marketing dans l’ensemble du périmètre Continental Europe
  • Appropriation des campagnes Marketing
  • Création de contenu pour les campagnes, y compris les mails, les études de cas, les livres blancs, les notes de synthèse, les blogs, la création numérique et le contenu.
  • Publicité, publireportage et sponsorship
  • Participation aux évènements et salons régionaux
  • Communication des résultats de la campagne basés sur des données, y compris les enseignements tirés et l'amélioration continue pour les campagnes futures.
  • Identification et analyse concurrentielle
  • Agir en tant qu'expert pour renseigner les parties prenantes des nouvelles tendances marketing et partager les meilleures pratiques.
  • Gestion des budgets

 

PROFIL 

 

  • 7 à 10 ans d’expérience en Marketing B-to-B et campagnes Online/Offline
  • Excellente maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office, la connaissance d’InDesign est un plus
  • Capacité à travailler et à s'adapter à un environnement en pleine expansion
  • Excellente proactivité et capacité à travailler en autonomie
  • Expériences en gestion de projets
  • Capacité à travailler dans une organisation matricielle
  • Excellentes aptitudes à la communication orale et écrite
  • Une expérience en marketing B2B est requise, une expérience antérieure en logistique serait un plus.
  • Anglais courant

In order to support our growth and continue building our brand, we are recruiting a Senior Manager, Marketing, Continental Europe F/H.

Reporting to the VP, Communication, Europe, you will be in charge of developing and implementing the marketing strategy of GXO in collaboration with global Marketing and Sales teams.

The position is based in Neuilly-sur-Seine (92) or Lyon (69).

 

 

You will be required to do:

 

  • Daily management of Marketing execution across region
  • Campaign ideation & ownership
  • Content creation for campaign delivery, including emails; case studies, white papers, by-lines, blogs, digital creative and content
  • Advertising, Advertorial and sponsorship opportunities
  • Regional events & trade shows (activation managed by local market)
  • Communication of data-driven campaign results, including lessons learned and continuous improvement for future campaigns
  • Identification and competitive insight share
  • Act as subject matter expert to update the organization on the Marketing opportunities and integrate best practices
  • Agency and budget management

 

PROFILE

 

  • 7-10 years of experience in B-to-B Marketing and Online/Offline campaign
  • Excellent commend of Microsoft Office suite, Indesign knowledge is a plus
  • Ability to work and adapt to a fast-growing environment
  • Excellent proactivity and ability to work with a high degree of autonomy
  • Project management skills
  • Ability to navigate in a matrixed environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in a B2B marketing role required, previous experience in a supply chain
  • Fluent in English
