Continuous Improvement Manager

Here at GXO, we’re recruiting for a Continuous Improvement Manager to join our team in Ollerton, supporting our Site Support function. In this role, you’ll lead the Continuous Improvement framework and initiatives across all contracts, ensuring improvement opportunities are identified, delivered, and sustained. You’ll work closely with operational leaders and cross‑functional teams to enhance productivity, support KPI delivery, and embed a culture of continuous improvement across the site.
This role is permanent, working Monday–Friday, 08:00–16:00.

We’re looking to offer a salary of £50,000 per annum. What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Lead and deliver continuous improvement initiatives across all site contracts
- Analyse data to support KPI performance and identify improvement opportunities
- Drive cost, quality, and service enhancements through CI methodology
- Implement change projects and support leadership with operational targets
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, audits, and health & safety requirements
What you need to succeed at GXO:
- Experience implementing Continuous Improvement / Six Sigma principles
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem‑solving skills
- Solid understanding of logistics operations and warehouse processes
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels
- Strong MS Office and systems capability, with the ability to embrace change
