HR Coordinator

Do you have experience managing processes and HR administration? Are you confident using HR databases and Microsoft Office tools? Can you work accurately under pressure and meet strict deadlines?

 

Here at GXO, we’re looking for a HR Coordinator to join our HR team in Ollerton. This role is key to ensuring HR compliance , while also supporting HR administration tasks. You will play a vital part in managing colleague lifecycle activities and maintaining high standards of data integrity.

 

This is a full-time, Permanent role, working Monday to Friday, covering the hours of 08:00 till 16:00

What you’ll do on a typical day:

 

  • First point contact for Team Leaders, Shift Managers seeking to resolve administrative related employee queries relating to clock-ins, wages, sickness record and all other personnel-related issues.
  • Support the employee life cycle for all levels.
  • Provide an advisory service on Employee Relations matters
  • Supporting fully with an Employee Relations issues.
  • Provide general support with recruitment campaigns and processes, supporting with the recruitment.

 

 

What you need to succeed at GXO:

 

  • Strong knowledge of time & attendance  processes and HR administration
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR databases
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach
