Here at GXO, we are currently recruiting for a full-time, permanent Warehouse Administrator to join our team at Ollerton (NG22 9LD) ensuring that all things logistics are coordinated on site!

 

This is full-time, permanent position. You will be working 12 hours per day on a 4 on,4 off shift pattern, on either a day shift of 07.00 - 19;00 or night shift 19:00 - 07.00..

 What you’ll do on a typical day:

 

  • Working within the warehouse supporting the operational teams with any administrative duties 
  • Performing stock accuracy checks and proving detailed analysis of results
  • Providing solution and assistance in problem solving
  • Completion of daily reporting logs
  • Complete general administration tasks
  • Perform any other ad hoc tasks as required

 

What you need to succeed at GXO:

 

  • Experience of WMS along with good knowledge of spreadsheet and Word programs
  • The ability to bring attention to detail to the role that ensures that a high level of accuracy is achieved
  • Self -motivated with the ability to prioritise workloads with the ability to work under own initiative
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
