Here at GXO, we’re looking for full-time, permanent Class 2 Driver to join our GXO team based at Northampton. You will be working an average of 47 hours per week, Monday to Friday with a start time between 04:00 and 07:00.

What you’ll do on a typical day:

 

  • Delivering of barrels and cases of drinks to pub cellars, this could include up to x10 drops per day, working in partnership with a driver’s mate
  • Vehicle checks to include undoing / opening curtain siders and inner curtains
  • Dropping barrels off vehicle to mat
  • Roping/dropping into cellars

What you need to succeed at GXO:

 

  • A full UK driving licence with category C entitlement
  • A valid Driver Qualification Card (Driver CPC)
  • Be in possession of a valid Digital Tachograph Card
  • No more than 6 current penalty points
  • No DR, DG, DD, BA, CD, AC, LC or TT99 endorsements with a conviction date within the previous 5 years
  • Excellent attitude and ability to work in a team effectively
