Compliance Coordinator | WIN | Northampton

Our specialist team continues to grow and we are looking for a full-time Transport Compliance Coordinator to join our Northampton team at Wickes. You will be working 40 hours a week, Monday 06:00 to14:00 and Tuesday to Friday 08:00 to 16:00

What you’ll do on a typical day:

 

  • Undertake all activities in line with the KPI requirements/service agreements and legislative requirements for that area
  • Adhere to company procedures and demonstrate professional conduct and good customer service
  • Work in accordance with agreed targets set by the Company and customer with regard to productivity, performance, accuracy, timekeeping, and attendance
  • Administer the timely processing of vehicle maintenance, servicing, and repairs to ensure vehicle availability, in line with the agreed service strategy to the Wickes network
  • Help develop a culture of continuous improvement to drive best-in-class activity and operational excellence

 

What you need to succeed at GXO:

 

  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Class 2 HGV Licence
  • Excellent PC skills, including Microsoft applications
  • Good customer service skills
  • Knowledge of Transport legislation would be advantageous
  • Previous experience in a Fleet Administration role (desirable)
