Deputy First Line Manager

Here at GXO, we’re looking for a Deputy First Line Manager, to join us at our Daventry 535 site. You’ll play a key role in supporting the First Line Manager lead a dedicated team within our DC. Your mission? To ensure the smooth flow of products through the warehouse, meet KPIs, and champion continuous improvement initiatives.

This is a full-time, permanent position. You’ll be working Monday to Friday, covering the hours of 14:00 till 22:00.

We’re looking to offer a salary of £26,531 per annum plus 10% shift allowance and 28 days annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays). What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Assist the First Line Manager in managing daily operations and team performance
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety standards and SOPs
- Drive continuous improvement and identify areas for process enhancement
- Maintain focus on quality and efficiency to meet KPIs

- Previous experience within a fast-paced warehousing or supply chain environment
- Ability to work towards targets and deadlines
