Forklift Truck Driver

We are seeking a Forklift Driver to join our Cygnia team at the Northampton site (NN4 7BW).
The role is full-time and permanent, based on a 5 out of 7 working pattern. Shift patterns available 06:00–22:00, 22:00–10:00, or 10:00–06:00.

What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Operate a forklift safely and efficiently within drive-in racking systems
- Load, unload, and move pallets to designated storage or dispatch areas
- Ensure accurate stock placement and retrieval following warehouse procedures
- Carry out daily forklift checks and report any faults or safety issues
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment at all times
What you need to succeed at GXO:
- A reasonable level of physical fitness to meet daily handling duties
- Confidence using IT systems and basic computer literacy
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in your work
- Willingness to work in a warehouse environment
- FLT License
- A positive attitude and ability to follow procedures
