Global HR Product Specialist

To support our growing presence worldwide, we are looking for a Global HR Product Specialist / HR Business Analyst to join our team. The role is remote based in the United Kingdom, in a commutable distance to one of the GXO offices, and involves occasional business travel, both domestically and internationally.
This is a full-time, permanent role, with Monday-Friday working hours

What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of our HR Core solutions, mainly within SAP SuccessFactors EC, from requirements gathering, testing to implementation and support.
- Work with the HR Core process owners and the People Services teams in the regions (UKI, AMAPAC and Europe) to understand their needs and translate them into functional product features and improvements.
- Manage the backlog of requirements in JIRA in collaboration with HR Technology and represent HR in the CAB process.
- Work with the Process Owners to identify opportunities for standardizing and optimizing HR Core processes across the regions to improve efficiency and maintain a consistent employee experience.
What you need to succeed at GXO:
- Proven experience in product or project management with a focus on HR Core, ideally in a global context, complemented by strong Agile project management skills.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and systems, ideally of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
- Experience in cross country, regional and cultural transformation programs.
- Ability to use and apply key project technologies and planning Tools, Excel, Jira, Teams, SharePoint, Project etc.
