HR & Payroll Administrator

Here at GXO, we are currently looking for an HR & Payroll Administrator to join us at our site in Northampton.
Reporting to the HR Advisor, you will be holding operational responsibility for processing daily time and attendance for payroll, managing holiday & absence in line with company policy.
This is a full-time, permanent role working Monday to Friday, covering the hours of 09:00 till 17:00, can be flexible with start & finish times

What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Maintain and update employee records on the HR system, ensuring accuracy
- Prepare contracts, offer letters, and onboarding documentation for warehouse operatives, drivers, and logistics support staff
- Manage the Time and Attendance system to ensure payroll hours are correct
- Submit monthly payroll reports to the required timescales
What you need to succeed at GXO:
- Experience in a similar HR capacity, with experience of payroll
- Good use of Microsoft Office – Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Demonstrate excellent organisational skills/prioritise workload effectively
- Either keen to start or in process of CIPD qualification
