HR Business Change Manager

We’re looking for a Central HR Change Manager to lead the way in delivering seamless integration experiences for incoming companies. This full-time, permanent role is based at our UK Head Office in Northampton, with hybrid working options.

We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £50,000 and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays). What you’ll do on a typical day:

 

  • Lead Transition Projects: Manage onboarding for incoming companies, ensuring seamless integration into HR systems and processes
  • Support Local HR Teams: Provide clear guidance, resources, and toolkits to empower on-site HR managers
  • Enhance Onboarding Experience: Design tailored, engaging onboarding journeys that meet company-specific needs
  • Drive Insights & Compliance: Create reports and dashboards, maintain GDPR compliance, and stay ahead of legislative changes
  • Build Stakeholder Trust: Foster confidence through a structured, professional approach and continuous process improvement

 

What you need to succeed at GXO:

  • Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
  • Clear communicator with a proactive, solutions-focused approach
