HR Compliance Manager

At GXO, we’re looking for a dynamic HR Compliance Manager to shape and evolve our strategy across the UK & Ireland. You’ll be at the heart of our People Services function, influencing how we operate today and preparing us for tomorrow.

What you’ll do on a typical day:

 

  • Lead the development and evolution of HR policies, contracts, and compliance frameworks
  • Drive strategic improvements through internal audits and data integrity initiatives
  • Manage and develop a team of Employee Compliance Specialists
  • Partner with stakeholders across Operations, People Services, and HR Analytics to deliver smart, scalable solutions based on reports and analysis.
  • Provide expert guidance on Employee Policies and required changes, Rights to Work, Sponosrships, and DSARs.
