HR Manager

Here at GXO, we’re looking for a confident and experienced HR Manager to join our NHS Supply Chain contact based in Crick. Reporting to the HR Business Partner, you’ll lead a team of HR professionals and work closely with senior stakeholders to deliver a people strategy that drives culture, performance, and compliance.

 

This is a full-time, permanent position. You’ll be working Monday to Friday, covering the hours of 09:00 till 17:00.

We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £46,000 per annum, and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays). What you’ll do on a typical day:

 

  • Aligning people-related policies and processes to ensure legal compliance
  • Implementing and approved People Plan to support cultural and performance transformation
  • Coaching leaders and supporting leadership development, succession planning, and management training
  • Providing expert advice on employee relations, including grievance, discipline, dismissal, TUPE, and redundancy
  • Driving employee engagement initiatives and supporting internal and customer reviews
  • Delivering accurate HR data and insights for reporting and decision making

 

What you need to succeed at GXO:

 

  • CIPD Level 5 qualified, with proven experience as a HR Manager, within a fast-past environment
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, employment law, and change management
  • Excellent communication, planning, and organisational skills
  • Analytical mindset with attention to details and data reporting capabilities
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and lead a team effectively
