Inventory Manager

We are looking for an Inventory Manager to join us on a full-time permanent basis at our growing site in Daventry. You will ensure optimal stock levels, maintain accurate records, and streamline inventory processes to support efficient operations.
This is a full-time, permanent position where you will be working Monday – Friday working hours, some flexibility will be needed

What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Maintain accurate inventory counts, ensuring stock levels meet demand while minimising overstock and shortages.
- Oversee the proper storage of HVAC parts, equipment, and supplies to optimise space and accessibility.
- Conduct regular cycle counts, audits, and reconciliations, reporting discrepancies and implementing corrective actions.
- Utilise inventory management systems (WMS) to track product movement, generate reports, and improve efficiency
What you need to succeed at GXO:
- Proven experience in inventory management, preferably in a warehouse or HVAC industry.
- Strong knowledge of inventory control procedures and warehouse operations
- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
