PMO Admin - 12 month FTC

We’re looking for a proactive PMO Administrator to play a key role in supporting the delivery of our new Global ERP system. In this pivotal position, you’ll help keep projects running smoothly—managing governance, coordinating key activities, organising meetings, maintaining vital documentation, and supporting project managers with day‑to‑day PMO processes. - Maintain documentation, logs, templates, filing structures, and support day‑to‑day PMO processes.
- Meeting coordination
- Organise project meetings and governance forums, preparing agendas, minutes, and tracking action updates.
- Collect project status updates, produce weekly/monthly PMO reports, and keep dashboards accurate and on schedule.
- Maintain risk/issue/change logs, uphold PMO standards, and support audits and quality checks.
- Assist with budgets, invoices, resource planning, onboarding, presentations, and general PMO communications.
What you need to succeed at GXO:
- Strong organisational, administrative, and multitasking skills, with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience in a project or PMO environment, ideally within large programmes, with familiarity with methodologies such as PRINCE2 or Agile.
- Proficient in MS Office and project management tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, MS Project, Planner, SharePoint or Jira.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with a professional, customer‑focused approach.
- Proactive, collaborative, and calm under pressure, taking ownership of tasks and working confidently to deadlines.
