We’re looking for a forward-thinking Senior HRIS Analyst to join our team in Northampton. This hybrid role offers the chance to lead strategic HRIS initiatives, optimise SuccessFactors, and drive system integration improvements, all while supporting the current team in shaping best practice across the business.

We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £55,000 and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays). What you’ll do on a typical day:

 

  • Lead the strategic configuration and optimisation of SuccessFactors, aligning with business needs and industry best practice
  • Champion continuous improvement across HRIS processes, identifying opportunities for automation and simplification
  • Drive system integration strategy between SuccessFactors and our other systems, ensuring seamless data flow
  • Own and enhance data governance, compliance auditing, and reporting frameworks to support decision-making
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support workforce planning, talent analytics, and digital transformation initiatives

 

What you need to succeed at GXO:

 

  • Proven expertise in SuccessFactors (configuration, troubleshooting, strategic use)
  • Strong understanding of system integrations and HRIS project management
  • Analytical mindset with a passion for problem-solving and process optimisation
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coach and influence colleagues
  • Comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on transactional work in a fast-paced environment
