Senior Warehouse Planner

Here at GXO, we’re looking for a driven and analytical Senior Warehouse Planner to take ownership of Demand Planning, Inbound Planning, and Capacity Management activities across our NHS Supply Chain site in Crick. Supporting the smooth flow of goods through the operation and wider NHS SCCL network.
This is a full-time, permanent position. You will work Monday to Friday, 09:00 till 17:00.

We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £39,000 per annum and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays). What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Lead, develop, and mentor a team of Planning Coordinators to deliver consistent, high-quality planning
- Manage demand and inbound planning, ensuring clear forecasting, visibility of incoming stock, and alignment with warehouse capacity
- Oversee PO reconciliation, working closely with Operations to resolve discrepancies to keep stock moving smoothly
- Produce accurate daily, weekly, and period reports for internal teams and the customer
- Identify operational risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement, driving continuous improvement across the planning workflow
What you need to succeed at GXO:
- Administrations, inventory and supplier management within a warehouse/logistics environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong Excel, Outlook, and Work proficiency
- Teamwork and people management
- Familiarity with JDA WMS
