What does the technology graduate programme entail? 

 

Our technology graduate programme is broken down into three eight-month placements in varied locations throughout the UK, including the possibility of international travel. With the opportunity to get involved with both centralised and client-based placements, be prepared to see the diversity of roles we have here at GXO. 

 

Designed to give you experience in wide variety of areas, one of your placements will be centred around the building blocks of technology - from applications to BI, infrastructure and networks. Secondly, you’ll gain insight and make an impact in our project delivery lifecycle through active project exposure. Lastly, we can offer you experience within our global service function including incident management and service improvement. 

 

This will ensure you gain a well-rounded view of our business and allow you to build key relationships at all levels to support the acceleration of your career. You’ll need to be dedicated, driven and up for a challenge, but we’re confident that we can give you the tools to develop into a full-time, permanent role at the end of the programme and build a successful career in our technology-led industry. 

 

What training and development will I receive? 

 

With a focus on your continued development and growth, your GXO graduate journey will be underpinned by a bespoke development plan. Enabling you to achieve your potential and internationally recognised certifications including Lean and Agile methodologies, as well as leadership skills and access to our bespoke global learning platform, GXO University. 

 

What do I need to be considered? 

 

Candidates should be degree-qualified with a demonstrable passion for innovation and technology. 

 

We are looking for candidates with a passion for innovation and technology. You will need enthusiasm, logic, an inquisitive nature with a drive to make to impact and deliver results. 

 

What support will I receive? 

 

You will be given responsibility from day one, along with an amazing support network of colleagues, mentors and senior managers, some of whom also came through the same programme themselves! 

 

Our Graduate Academy team are always on hand to offer advice through regular one-to-ones, graduate webinars and tailored development events. The team are here to ensure that you are getting the most out of all your placements while guiding you through your GXO journey.
