Here at GXO, we’re proud to be recruiting for a Time and Attendance Configuration Apprentice at our Northampton Head Office. Working under the supervision of the T&A Lead, this role will learn to configure the latest time & attendance system which is being rolled out throughout the GXO business. Alongside on the job training, you will also study a fully funded L4 Business Analyst Apprenticeship which will provide great opportunities for advancement.

What you’ll do on a typical day:

 

  • Carry out product & configuration testing in alignment with T&A programme direction

  • Support with identifying any gaps in the Site Information Document and work with site/Business Analysts to resolve

  • Support the programme team with scheduling and delivering playback sessions and the creation of testing

  • Carry out system build, initially under T&A programme direction before taking responsibility of an area or location in alignment with the programme roll out

  • Time management skills and ability to meet tight deadlines

  • Good technical aptitude with strong attention to detail

  • Some travel to sites may be required
