Transport Network Coordinator

Here at GXO, we are currently recruiting for a Transport Network First Line Manager to join our team in Northampton, supporting our Clicklink team. As a Transport Network First Line Manager, you will be responsible for measuring and controlling compliance in transport operations while supporting the Manager in tracking, monitoring and regulary reviewing the performance of all site operations.
This is a full time, permanent position, working a 4 on 4 off shift pattern, 06:00 – 18:00. However, we do ask for some kind of flexibility, this is logistics after all!

What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Daily monitoring of in-day depot delivery performance and supporting and DICECS
- Previous day checks of depot activity reporting accuracy and addressing discrepancies
- Weekly analysis of network activity and costs referenced again plan and budget
- Central coordinator of network delivery point assessments as a means of effective asset control
What you need to succeed at GXO:
- Strong knowledge of WTD and EU driver regulations
- Having IOSH and or CPC will be advantageous
- Proficient user of Microsoft office suite and general computer literacy
- Being productive in working both a team and independently
