Warehouse Administrator

We’re looking for a Warehouse Administrator to join our Northampton team at Wickes, to provide high quality administrative support across the business.

This is a full-time, permanent role. You will be working Tuesday to Saturday – 08:00-16:00.

What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Process daily orders accurately using WMS and delivery systems
- Manage goods-in, returns and despatch administration functions
- Coordinate and release order/ route picks, ensuring smooth workflow
- Prepare and compile driver paperwork packs for delivery crews
- Monitor and control carrier returns, maintaining system accuracy
- Ensure all site reports and administrative tasks are completed on time
What you need to succeed at GXO:
- Strong administrative experience, ideally in a fast‑paced or high‑volume environment
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams
- Experience using WMS systems (Calidus/Wickes experience desirable)
- Excellent PC skills including Microsoft Office/Google applications
- Excellent attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
- Ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive, team-focused attitude
