Front Desk Administrator

We are currently seeking a driven Front Desk Administrator based in our shared- user customer site in Nuneaton. Representing our site as first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment. Managing the front desk operations, coordinating visitor arrangements, scheduling meetings, organising lunches and general administration support… there’s lots of variation!

 

This is a full time (40 hours per week), permanent position. Working Monday to Friday, we have flexibility on the start and finish time of either, 7.30 AM to 3.30 PM or 8.00 AM to 4.00 PM.

We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £25396.80 per annum, and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays). What you’ll do on a typical day:

 

  • Front desk management: Welcoming visitors, managing calls and maintaining a professional reception area
  • Visitor co-ordination: Oversee sign-in, security procedures and notify colleagues of arrivals
  • Meetings and event support: Schedule rooms, arrange refreshments/equipment and coordinate catering
  • Administrative duties: Handle emails, mail and manage office suppliers, assisting with travel and expenses
  • Support communications, ensuring health and safety compliance with processing permits for contractors/visitors and adhoc admin tasks
