Warehouse Operative

We are looking for Warehouse Operative to join us on a full-time, permanent basis here in Nuneaton. You will be working on a shift pattern of Monday – Friday with the hours of 06:00 – 14:00.

What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Responsible for picking, tipping, and loading customer orders, with duties varying based on business needs
- Involves use of RF scanning guns for booking in stock and picking orders
- Will work with the Manhattan warehouse management system, with full training provided
- Work in line with Health & Safety, Quality, and Food Safety procedures
What you need to succeed at GXO:
- Previous warehouse experience is desirable but not essential
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude to working safely and as part of a team
- A willingness to learn new skills
- Reach truck/counterbalance/PPT Licences would be advantageous
