What you do on a typical day as Administrative Employee
- Planning, coordination and administration of goods
- Entering, mutating and retrieving data regarding the goods flows in the various administrative systems (WMS)
- Handling questions and contacting the (on-site) customer
- Administrative support for the preparation of various reports
What you need to be succesfull at GXO
- MBO+ work and thinking level with accompanying logistics work experience or logistics training
- Knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
- Excellent communication skills
- Command of the English language verbally and in writing
- You are flexible, accurate, stress resistant and good at planning and organizing
