As an Process Controller, you are responsible for various core tasks that contribute to efficient business operations. What you do on a typical day

  • Operational hours control: You play a central role in monitoring and controlling the worked hours within the operation. Additionally, you serve as the point of contact for supervisors regarding questions and remarks about hour registration
  • Data analysis and reporting: With your excellent analytical skills, you transform raw data into clear dashboards and presentations. This provides valuable insights to the management, contributing to well-informed decision-making
  • KPI measurements and optimization: You are skilled in setting up and calculating Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure and improve the performance of our operation. Moreover, you develop useful tools to streamline processes and increase efficiency
  • Non-consumable inventory management: You ensure streamlined inventory management of packaging materials, ensuring smooth logistics processes. You take into account the needs of the operation and place timely orders
  • Handling material for NL: In this role you contribute to the management and ordering of handling material, including ordering and dispatching pallets within the clients warehouses in Europe

  • Project management: You can maintain a good overview of projects, work in a structured manner, and achieve successful results within set deadlines
  • Solution-oriented: You think in possibilities and find creative solutions for challenges that may arise in the operation
  • Proactive: You take the initiative and identify improvement points, implementing enhancements before problems arise
  • Strong Excel skills: You have an extensive knowledge of Excel and are proficient in processing and analyzing data
  • Flexible: You can easily adapt to changing circumstances and are willing to work outside regular working hours if necessary
