Are you a person who is constantly managing and motivating your team, and strive for process improvements? Are you interested in furthering your career with an exciting opportunity within GXO Logistics? Then look no further because we are looking for a Teamleader for our team in Oosterhout! 

 

What you do on a typical day

  • Manage team performance; develop associates by providing training and coaching
  • Manage coordinators and help them grow within their role
  • Instruct, inform, and support the employees of the department, so that the work is carried out safely, efficiently, and correctly, in accordance with the applicable standards (including KPI’s and productivities)
  • Lead start-up activities with cross functional teams
  • Make recommendations regarding new hires, terminating contracts, performance evaluations and promotions
  • Ensure that documents work instructions of processes are up to date and are being followed by the department
  • Continually strive to improve the processes of your department
  • You report to the Shiftleader

 

What do you need to succeed at GXO

  • You have at least three years of experience in a similar (leading) position
  • You have good communication skills at multiple levels in English
  • You have an enthusiastic and flexible attitude, and you have a self-starting ability
  • You have good knowledge of office software and WMS functionality
