What will you do as a Business Support Manager?
- As a Business Support Manager, you will work for one of the world's largest supply chain organizations, providing essential support to operations and our client to ensure maximum efficiency.
- You will be the primary point of contact for our in-house client, Customer Service, and Operations regarding systems and processes.
- You will lead and manage the Planning and Stock Control department on-site.
- You will be responsible for reporting and monitoring department KPIs, analyzing performance, identifying root causes of variances, and implementing corrective actions.
- Together with your Continuous Improvement colleague, you will integrate business solutions for the customer account.
- You will make day-to-day operational decisions in collaboration with the Site Manager and Operations Manager.
- You will report directly to the Site Manager and primarily work during office hours, but flexibility is expected when necessary.
Who are you?
- You hold a bachelor's or university degree in a relevant field (logistics/production) and possess strong operational and analytical skills.
- You have at least five years of experience in a similar role within a production and/or logistics environment.
- You are fluent in English, preferably also in Dutch, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- You are committed to delivering high-quality work, have a keen eye for detail, and maintain a professional, critical mindset.
- You are proactive, result-driven, and self-motivated.
- You have strong reporting, presentation, and financial skills.
