Ready to lead winning bids and shape business growth?
We’re on the hunt for a seasoned Bid Manager to join our fast-paced, ambitious team. From strategy to submission, you’ll own the end-to-end bid process—crafting compelling, compliant proposals that win new business and strengthen client relationships.
You’ll need flexibility to adapt to evolving business needs and priorities, and travel will be required to attend team meetings or support bid activity. If you thrive under pressure, love a challenge, and know how to make every bid count, this is your opportunity to make a real impact.
Pay, benefits and more:
We’re looking to offer a competitive salary which will be discussed during telephone interview, along with 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays). Your benefits package includes a company car or car allowance, a company sponsored pension scheme, private medical & dental insurance, a 24/7 online GP service, life assurance and a fully comprehensive employee assistance programme. You’ll also have access to our MyBenefits platform offering a variety of high street discounts, a cycle to work scheme, cashback cards, a saving scheme and much more!
What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Lead End-to-End Bid Management: Oversee the full bid lifecycle from planning to submission, ensuring timelines are realistic and achieved
- Develop Winning Proposals: Create persuasive, customer-focused responses and presentations that clearly communicate value propositions
- Drive Win Strategies: Collaborate with Sales and stakeholders to define and embed win themes, supported by market and competitor insights
