What you’ll do on a typical day:

• Plan and lead business process requirements workshop & discussions with customer
• Lead solution and design workshops around WMS suite and author Functional Solution Design Specification
• Define Warehouse process flow
• Lead Pre-Sales activities including RFP / RFI responses and providing response solution to the customers
• Interact with business users, client managers, specialists to understand the requirements and problem statements.
• Architect an end state integrated solution to meet business and functional requirements
• Provide process optimization and improvement proposals based on business requirements
• Manage both business and IT client stakeholders, including managing to Director level and above
• Articulate and present different points of view to different audiences
• Troubleshoot, resolve and escalate issues quickly and effectively
• Assist with ongoing continuous improvement activities and solicit feedback on RFP and commercial sales process

What you need to succeed at GXO:

At a minimum, you’ll need:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience
• 7 years of experience in IT, Supply chain Management, logistics, engineering or operations
• Knowledge of IT and supply chain management, including warehouse management systems, system design techniques, engineering design processes, system integration technologies and enterprise resource planning systems
• Design, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Project Management skills with ability to work creatively and lead cross functional teams

It’d be great if you also have:

• MBA or other advanced degree
• Excellent attention to detail; quick learner with creative problem-solving and analytical skills
• Solid documentation skills, including business requirements, scope definition, cost and value propositions
• Advanced excel skills
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills; able to present clean, organized and thorough information and data appropriate for intended audience
