As the Director of Program Management, you will be responsible for the overall customer satisfaction, growth and profit levels for assigned clients. The Director of Program Management will oversee various operational areas, including profit and loss performance, supply chain strategy development, strategic account management and growth, and new solutions design and pricing. You'll leverage your experience to drive positive financial results, customer loyalty and employee engagement while ensuring successful outcomes for GXO and its clients.

What you'll do on a typical day:
- Lead the development of effective growth strategies for the supply chain and drive new account growth through effective solution development
• Build and strengthen strategic relationships with client senior leadership teams
• Ensure annual profit, efficiency and quality goals are achieved for assigned client engagements
• Develop short-range and long-range business plans and objectives for the organization
• Ensure VOC/VOM KPIs are meaningful, aligned with business objectives and achieved consistently
• Direct capital expenditure planning and asset deployment activities while sustaining a Lean culture
• Manage account-driven initiatives and strategic business objectives
• Ensure customer contractual obligations are met and exceeded where possible
• Oversee Network Builds and strategic implementation initiatives
• Support ML & NPI Builds to drive operational success
• Lead Concierge Services program management activities
• Manage Pharmacy Setups (HwOps) and related project execution
• Drive Dock Mastery initiatives and operational excellence programs
• Oversee Inbound and Outbound Operations processes and performance
• Ensure effective Inventory Control strategies and execution
Travel Requirements:
- Ability to travel up to 75% of the
- Must possess a REAL ID-compliant driver's license or passport to comply with federal travel regulations.
- Familiarity and ability to comply with TSA security procedures.
- Ability to travel domestically via road, rail and air as required for the role and pursuant to Company travel and expense requirements.
What you need to succeed at GXO:
At a minimum, you'll need:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience
• 7 years of program and/or project management experience
• Experience in the logistics or supply chain industry
• Strong knowledge of supply chain operations and supply chain systems
It'd be great if you also have:
- Solid financial acumen and business management experience
• Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) experience
• Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to coach, influence and develop teams
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience presenting information to various audiences
• Strong project management skills and experience managing complex initiatives
